Last Name generator

Sometimes I get bored of seeing SomethingSoandSo Kerman all the time. Is there a mod or a way to edit the game to change it so that its to lists in parallel being randomized?

You'd have to alter it in code to only change the last name but the change needed would be fairly minor (if the underlying game code hasn't changed significantly since I last looked). Even adding that as an option in the config would be a fairly easy change and a perfect candidate for a pull request. Hell, you could even allow for different Kerbal "cultures" of last names in the code. It's a pretty simple program at its heart.
