Hmmmm, lets see.

We know we have only 3 candidates Eve, Kerbin and Laythe.

Lets start of with Eve.

As we can see here, the deepest point on Eve is 5.6km deep. The deepest point looks like it is 45 degrees South and 135 degrees West.

On to Kerbin.

Kerbins lowest point is about 1km deep, so Kerbin falls of immediately.

So does Laythe,

So clearly is the winner is Eve with its South West sea.

It is thought that Jool contains a sort of incredibly high pressure liquid hydrogen in it's core, however it is impossible for a spacecraft to visit it because it would be destroyed by intense temperatures and pressures long before getting that deep.
