9 out of 10 it has to do with mods that are outdated. Please check for every mod you have the right version of the mod for the right version of KSP

I really hope it's the case, but it seems not. some mods are out of dates, but those are installed with RO suite via CKAN, so I assume there's no issue - otherwise it wouldn't be in RO suite, I guess.

* I checked every "yellow" mods shown in AVC toolbar, and none of those were actually outdated, so it's not the case.

KSP.log shows me this all the time: [ERR 16:12:04.542] Error: Empty part config file. I'm not sure what does it mean.
I tried almost 10 times with tinkering the mods and output.log always ends with this line: Config(@PART[structuralPylon]:FOR[RP-0]) RP-0/Tree/@PART[structuralPylon]:FOR[RP-0]

Structural Pylon? The vanilla part? I'm confused.

After 2 hours of irrelevant trial and errors, finally the loading screen tells me something important.

"ModuleManager: xxxxx patch applied, found 5 errors."

...and it's related a newly installed mod? I'm about to give up

What you also could have done is dividing the mods in 2. Uninstall the first half, run the game, if it works, it's mod in the half you uninstalled. If not, it's a mod in the half you have installed. keep dividing in 2 untill you've found the mod/issue
