A concept planet pack

So, I had this idea a little while ago, to make a kopernicus pack when kerbol is a white dwarf, and like, billions of years into the future, and the kerbals have to make a space program for their survival, I have a rough Idea of how it would look, but saying that it is my first planet pack, i`m going to be asking plenty of questions. Be prepared

OK, so, i`m going to have kerbol be in its white dwarf stages, after it "let loose" its first gas cloud, so that means a nebula! (wheee!) Now, you`re probably thinking "so a skybox?), welp, sadly, no, I`m going to be using EVE to make the nebula, but i`m stumped at one thing, how would I make the gas "filaments" that you see?

I.E.

       Like this one`s gas filaments
