Originally TKS has 3 800 kg, so 3 500 * ln(20/(20-4)) ~= 800 m/s (actually, less, but can't remember how much less).

So, it should have an excess, unless the tanks are broken.

(Or half-empty on launch to save the launch mass.)

Downside is the Russian coverage (I have sound off) has little video windows covering the docking cam.

NSF says they only have props for one docking attempt.
