Its not a website, i think, but there was this thing that was cool and stuff 2 years ago called "Google Deep Dream". I have no idea how to implement it into an image but what it does is recreate images using earlier images AI has already seen (im probably really wrong on that)

Its pretty trippy, these are some less scary examples.
