Hey everyone

so I am trying to start modding and I have not a clue what or how to even start going about this.

I purchased KSP when it first came out on steam and have been playing ever since. The game is downloaded into my C drive with the rest of the games I own.

is there any way someone can explain how to go about installing a mod like there describing it to a 6 year old?
