How to change the size of a mod part?

Recommended Posts

I'll get to the point.

I like to make real rockets full-scale. Many mods include parts of real rockets but are downscaled. I have the "tweakscale" mod installed but many mods aren't compatible with it. I'm not a programmer but sometimes I enter the config files with the notepad and modify some configs to make some things work as I want. Is there any part in the config where I can change the size of parts?

Thank you!

You find downscaled parts because the stock system is downscaled. You should look for part packs intended to use with RSS.

The mod SMURFF is intended to be a rebalance of stock parts to give more sensible mass fractions when used with RSS. However it is not intended to address concerns with the size/scale of such modules.

I know I'm very weird, but although I want to make full-scale real rockets, I don't want to use RSS xD

Rss rockets on kerbin then?  Make a Video pls!!

I already have! They're not really RSS rockets, I just have everything set up (I've created my own Cape Canaveral and re-organized planets and planet packs to look like the real solar System with the kerbal style). All of this is for my (very slowly) ongoing series called "The Story of Space Exploration".

You can watch all of that on my channel (you can access it via this video):
