1.from orbit of Eve to Eve?

2. from orbit of Eve to Kerbin?

3. What mean suborbital trajectory????????? it is under 70km of Kerbin/90 km of Eve (if it is really Eve landing point)???? or it is any suborbital trajectory????? reentry at 2200m/s and 1000m/s is a great heat difference???? So if .... i fall from Eve to Kerbin I can change suborbital trajectory????

4. Or challenge is to test our telepathic abilities to verify what it all means??? :)))))

I'm quite sure he means land an unmanned probe from low orbit without using parachutes or engines. Sub-orbital is sub-orbital, it doesn't matter what trajectory. Don't complicate this challenge for yourself. I may attempt this, I already have a lifter more than capable of getting me to low Eve orbit without cheats.

+1 no problem to make rocket/ssto/spaceplane/shuttle to send something to any planet. but don't have time... really

ps: maybe i also land something later ... or even this  craft from Eve to Kerbin... but IRL time... :(

pps: i like hypersonic craft... so i try to find time...

Well I attempted Insane and let's just say it didn't go as planned... I can also safely say that I will never try that again. At least I did get a comm sat into high Eve orbit. That will come in useful later if I attempt an elcana circumnavigation in the future.

My brick has landed in the KSC complex between the runway, launch pad and VHB building. Mass on entering the atmosphere: 180kg. Final Mass as landed: 105kg. No parachutes, no heat shields, no ablator used. Stock parts and no cheats, with standard re-entry heating in KSP v1.3.1.

Not sure if this is intermediate or hard - no engines, parachutes, or wings - anyway my best attempt so far...

Rentry burn complete engines away:

Cleared mountains, KSC in sight but not going to be able to land there:

OK, so this is my first ever challenge entry, so here goes....

(It qualifies for the hard category, I think)

5 parts (RoveMate probe core, reaction wheel, 2 edge radiator panels, and a 1x6 solar panel,) 0.27 tons

OK, time to launch this thing to Eve, and see what happens:o

Do basic fins count as wings, and do heat shields without ablative material count as heat shields against my score?

Yes for the first question, and No for the other one.
