It's my first addon Projects for KSP.

First 3D Model making, First ksp addon making

May be take a long time to complete, A month? Two months? Half a year?

i don't know~ If there is more support, will be able to speed up development.(Technical)

The main challenge:

1. telescopic mirror mechanism

2. Telescope & isa map integration

3. Telescope Automatic rotation

4. 3d model Detail

I like the idea, mainly because of the large mirror (it looks like a deep-space sat dish) and the fact that it just looks cool. Besides that, I wouldnt mind seeing a plugin that allows a space telescope to like zoom-in on a planet and even pick out a landing spot and mark it with a waypoint.

It would be awesome if you managed to get it to work with ISA and then have it map out the other planets/moons from an Kerbin orbit.

Can't wait for this.

:-D not to hijack the thread, but I have exactly what you ask being tested in .17 with the new ISA mapper and Mechjeb. Check out my dev thread. On some of the last pages there are renders of the telescope. I've got an inline radar scanner and an ISA specific dish.
