Get retrograde heading ?

I'm making a landing script on kOS, but now I had to kill the horizontal velocity of the ship. But for this I had to have the heading retrograde. In other words, lock orientation on retrograde but inclined to horizon to just kill the horizontal velocity.

Have you some ideas to get this orientation on kOS ?

(I'm not english, sorry for my potentially horrible syntax.)
