Angle snap for docking ports?

Hello, 

When building something in orbit it's often important to dock the parts precisely together, and sometimes it's hard to see if they are a few degrees off or not.

So what about an option for docking ports where they only snap in to each other at fixed steps like every 5 or 10 degrees when activated?

I think that would be really helpfull.

This was pretty much the first thing I asked when I joined.  It would be great if it worked into stock, but hopefully this will get you by.  Not only will it snap to a variety of angles, but it lets you weld the parts together if it's going to be permanent.  First mod I even installed:

You can also make a simple MM config, you don't want to use all of Konstruction.
