RCS problems

Hello, I am using 1.3.0, and I disabled RCS on a part, but when I needed it, I reactivated it, but that didn't work.

When you see weird things like that, switching to another ship (or the space center), will often make things act like they're supposed to again.

When you say you "disabled RCS on a part" I'm wondering if you disabled the RCS quads or ports in the VAB.  If you did, then you won't be able to reenable them once in space with the RCS toggle (R); you'll have to right click each individual RCS unit and reenable it (if you have advanced tweakables on, you'll have to do this for each function of each RCS unit -- roll, yaw, pitch, fore/aft, dorsal/ventral, port/starboard -- that you turned off in VAB).

I've had a glitch in 1.3.0 where something similar happened.  Sometimes, if I had any of the monopropellant tanks disabled, when I re-enabled them in flight, RCS would not work.  Re-disabling and then re-enabling the tank again would bring it back.
