Can you upload your KSP.log and send a link to it here? Cheers

Tried to delete some of the mods that affect graphics (Scatterer, EVE, Research Bodies, Distant Object Enchancement), but this didn't help. Maybe some other mods cause the issue? I dunno.

here is KSP.log: https://www.dropbox.com/s/m0ky6g3k249rkw8/KSP.log?dl=0

@Gameslinx @TarasK I don't get to see the original screenshot so my guess isn't sharp, but ResearchBodies is present due to "ProgressiveCBMaps.dll" mod DLL. Perhaps the bodies are somehow affected by ResearchBodies' weird planet shader effect?

Nah i dont think so. I tried deleting research bodies and went to Guardian using hax. It was looking as bad as wtih RB. And, actually, the moons look weird only when you are close to them (like, 15 kilometres above sea level), and the closer you get to it, the worse it gets. At the surface its Guardian is litteraly just a yellow/grey ball.

I'll take a look tonight. When updating from 1.3.1 to 1.7.3 the Kopernicus starlight code might have changed, so I might need to take a look myself.

I just released an update that improves the sunflare, fixes the scatterer rim on Solitude, and fixes all the wrong terrain texture file paths. Enjoy!

There will be improvements after this, such as 1.8 terrain, when I find the motivation :)

Yep, it does. Thx!

P.S. Does Breaking Ground science stuff work in this planet pack? I remember a long time ago i put one of these deployable science modules on Nemesis, and it was giving me very little scince (something like 0.003 per day)

update to 1.9 plz steam players must deal with auto updates

You can roll back versions by right clicking KSP in steam, clicking properties, clicking the betas tab and then changing the drop down box to say whichever version you would like to use.

but i want to keep my main game in 1.9 does it download a new copy or does it delete your stuff.

actually I could just back up KSP to a different location maybe i will try beyond home since the mods i have tolerate updates.

Yeah, make a backup.

Also, no planet mod is for 1.9 officially yet, because Kopernicus has not released for 1.9. The most up to date planet mods are for 1.8.

Has anyone tried AK with [1.9.1] Kopernicus Continued yet?

@Nando i Have tried it and it functions well but the sunflare is a bit broken, the textures are in squares (but aren't noticeable when you land), and there's a bug that happens sometimes when you use a decuopler. (so if you want to say land on nemisis, use a one stage lander which is that you use it for landing and returning (and this goes for every planet))
