One time I loaded a mass crew transport craft that was in orbit of Kerbin. Everything seemed fine, but then I saw it: Valentina was a male Kerbal in the crew portraits.

Made a Predator drone that rolls only one way and not the other.
Reason: KSP doesn't like V-tails. Phantom forces.

I'm seeing odd behavior on a Dreamliner style curved wing setup too.

Jeb recently came within 100 metres of being wiped out by a stranded Kerbal. I'd launched him on an unrelated mission and was sorting out his orbit when he got his hair parted by a dark shape. I hit 'cycle craft' and found it was a Mk.1 command capsule with Cerman Kerman in it. We got two contracts completed for that- rescue Cerman and rendezvous two craft in orbit.

I was doing maneuvernodes and then the sun converts into a little violett thingy and the white circle at the maneuver node is gone. 

The periapsis Pe was outside of the square for it, so i just restarted KSP to prevent more weird stuff

I took a contract to retrieve a part from the moon!  On the first touch of grabber, the part fell into the mun, down through it, and away at solar escape velocity.
