Making a MM patch for Non RO parts?

I would like to know  how I should make a MM patch to make some Non RO parts tagged as RO.

 

I tried with this method but It didn't work.

 

The mod (at the moment , I'll do more RO patches in future for other mods) is NEBULA DECALS.

Fixed it.The MM patch is right , the problem was the name.It must be only a word or more words linked with underscores. ("Example_part_1" and not "Example Part 1")

Don't use [FOR] unless you are building a config to be distributed with that mod.  Use [NEEDS] instead.

(Using [FOR] will make MM think that RO is installed, even when it isn't.)
