For some reason, I don't know why. No-one seems to have these problems except for me. Whenever I make a rocket and move it over to the launch pad, The staging doesn't want to set off the rockets. The parachutes will deploy, The rocket will decouple, and still the rocket will not fire. The rocket will fire when I select it and tell it to fire but using two solid rocket boosters makes this impossible. I have checked and yes there is a green light at the bottom left corner. Has there been anyone with these same issues? Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

It sounds like you build your rocket from bottom to top while the game and the staging mechanism expect you to build it from top to bottom. The last things you add to your rockets will be the first to be staged.

I did start from the capsule. I made sure that the staging was correct. The rockets were staged correctly, however they will not fire unless I select it.

And the rockets are at the bottom of the staging groups, not the top? Maybe a screenshot would help.

A workaround would be to go into action groups and set a key to activate the engines.

I do this a lot with VTOL craft as you need to be able to quickly switch engine groups so I have a key to toggle main engines on or off and a key to toggle the VTOL engines on or off.
