My World Glitches Out When Ever I Launch a Craft

There are floating pieces of terrain that you can go through but it leaves huge square holes in the world I have tried to take mods out but nothing has worked. I have changes the settings for the terrain but nothing is working i'm going to list as much info so you can help me out here:

Computer:

• 480 Radeon Graphics Card

There is much more but I don't know what it is.

Sounds like Scatterer to me.

I've heard others mention this issue with that particular mod.
