Mechjeb Not Installing

So, 

I am on KSP Version 1.3.1, and I downloaded MechJeb multiple times, its been installed correctly in the files and all that. But its not showing up in game. I don't know why. Any help? I have some pictures of my folders.

here is the link to the latest mechjeb2 from the mod team. it isn't the latest posted on the forums.

you may want to check the other mods like crp as that looks like an old build based on time stamp.

I also believe tweekscale folder should be renamed if i recall they only want "tweakscale" to be the name of the folder.. not sure why(maybe its just the standard directions.).

if this doesn't work you can delete all the files in the root except the modulemanager2.8.1.dll.

then go to steam and validate it will reinstall the needed files and clear the cache. at this point if it doesn't change you will have to root thru the mods and verify there patch levels.

Be aware that the link you have provided is a development version which means not all functions may perform as expected or advertised on the tin hence why that version has not been posted on the forum (it's still in development :wink:)
