That's because you're not converting your units. According to the URM-2V page the engineers eventually settled on two RD-0150 engines that put out 45 tons of thrust each. That's 90 tons of force, and after some snooping elsewhere on the site, where they clearly use kgf, we can assume they mean metric tons of force. what, ton feet, who uses ton-feet as a thrust measurement (excluding backwards US government workers).

Regardless, convert your units.

It must be metric weight. 40 Mg * 0.00981 N/g = 390,000;  77 Mg * 0.00981 N/g =760,000 N (rounded to precision).
