Is that an unusually short amount of time for a Launch Readiness Review, or am I thinking of something else? I thought that that was the sort of thing that you'd do in the weeks approaching a launch, not hours.

Well they scrubbed it last week, so maybe the rest was already done.

Freaking finally :P This proposal makes the rocket look a lot like obese Falcon9, but I'm very glad other space companies realized how future will look.

This, now you better start planing for second stage reuse to. yes things are moving fast but this is not new and not only in computers or phones.
Back around 1870 you could design and build an new top of the line battleship but if you took your time and it was ready in 1880 it would not be very impressive, yes it might hold itself against a 1880 cruiser. Same with tanks during WW2, and jet fighters in the 1950-60.
Most technology have periods of slow improvements the an times of rapid change followed by plateaus. PC had an very rapid change followed by an slowdown, but looks like it pick up again a bit but far from 10 years ago.
Phones are in an plateau, both they and TV is deep into the we don't care anymore area, yes the camera is better, and waterproof phones are nice. but then price ranges go into the cheap used car segment.
Yes you can cat purses in that price range, you can also get watches in the luxury car range.
But this is not mass marked.
Israel and Brazil will want to keep their launch capability even they could get an spacelab level space station in orbit for less than their 1 ton to orbit launches as they are national security objectives.

Aaaaannnnd... it's delayed.

On a side note, five of the CSG's employees have recently been tested positive to SARS-Cov-2. Maybe it will delay Ariane flight 253 still scheduled for the end of July / early August.
