im trying to use the goalkeeper CIS but i can't shoot it! 

how do i activate it

( i alredy pressed toggle and used weapon manager)

It's worth noting, though, that if you have a question about a particular mod (such as BDArmory), you'll usually get best results by posting in that mod's thread over in Add-on Releases.  That's where the experts in that mod will tend to hang out, so you'll have the best chance of getting an answer straight from the horse's mouth, as it were.

Please consult the ingame BDPedia (KSPedia ... blue book button in the lower right hand corner of screen)

You will find all the info that you need to operate BDAc ... sometimes reading the manual does help
