3DMAX,Unity and so on...In fact the models are almost made by my teammates.

lets say i used Blender like what prometheus did in his video 

 is it any different result with 3DMAX (really Newbie and not a programer here :blush: )

The result will be very similar but the methods and tools used are  different, principle is the same, pointy tube, fins, align , textures, export

No , Zero programming is required for making and importing parts models to KSP, programming refers to the creation of plugins only, no not cfgs either :)

KSP is generally C# and or unity mono . but i'm informed that you can use other languages also, although I've never seen the source for anything KSP that was not C#/mono based , and i browse a lot of repositories

Could you give me some advice on how to make a ballistic missile with BDA ? It seems that the missile will lose control over 36000M

Hi, first its a balancing act,  in atmosphere ballistic,  those that don't go into space it's a  question of balancing lift drag AOA  and speed.   For those that do go into space,  200km range and over ,  make sure it's set to vacuum steerable true,  set it in cfg,  The whole ballistic  flight from beginning to end is tightly controlled, and it's worth checking the BDA repo for all the possible cfg options as there are a lot now, if you want reliability you have to guess a tune ( what we call the particular settings applied to the missile)  And test adjust and retest, the testament to how difficult it is , is reflected in the amount of mods that have them. the killer being, that you have to watch the whole flight, and that can take a long long time.

Don't ignore lift  while adding drag it can also  make a missile a lot more stable . Don't make it too light, some of mine are 11000kg .  Too much torque can actually be worse than not enough. 
Hope some of that helps, keep in mind, the this side of things is pretty new , and because of the difficulty and limitations imposed by unity, it's not had a massive amount of time being refined. That said it can be done, but not quickly , patience is your friend

As long as i finish the Chinese tank 99A ,i think i will think about Russia or America ground forces' tanks

So as a tester for BDAc, SM Industries, DCK, etc, my observations are this:

Overall, this mod pack is pretty good. I think there is a bit of an imbalance between weapons here and in other packs. Your tank hulls/turret armor HP values are way too extreme by comparison and could use toning down to be more in line with other mods. You also have some insane pitch and yaw values that are just too fast and instead of a fairly level playing field, have it greatly skewed in the favor of something like the 99A2. I think you need to take a little time and see what the values are in other mods so you can share the space rather than trying to dominate it.

I like the models, I'm a fan of some specific pieces but I tend to pare this down to bare essentials so that I don't have multiple versions of the same thing. I'm interested in that Sprut turret to stick on an SM BMP-1. :)
