Can anyone make a James Webb telescope mod?

There is already a Mod. There's a config for Textures Unlimited too.

When I am looking for a mod, and I am not sure if it exists or not, I simply do a google search using a key word/words prefixed with KSP.

I am honestly not trying to be a jerk, even if it seems like it... If you type "KSP James Webb Telescope" (without quotes) into Google search, it's the very first hit.

Doing the "key word/words prefixed with KSP" will even find old mods that are not so easy to dig up by searching the forum.

Also Tarsier Space mod has a Webb-telescope analog, and it even generates contracts via a contract pack.
