Can see shadows through parts

Question

I will attach my ckan modlist.

I can see shadows of parts through the ship. It also may be related, but may not, that in scenarios none of the orbital bodies render. They are all transparent except for Kerbin.

I do not have KVV installed, nor VV for RPM. I found that they could cause transparency issues, but uninstalling them did not fix my issue.

It is. WindowShine has a known bug whereby shiny surfaces can become translucent. I don't think it has anything to do with the transparent planets, though.
