I don't know you but each time I have to launch into a specific orbit inclination  for contract mission, going to Minmus .... I am facing the problem of when will the ascending or descending node will past over the KSC to permit a clean direct orbit inclination without modification once in orbit.

I asking you if there is a way to do that in the stock game or if a mod allow you to know that and if it is not ,if it is possible .

Simplest method I know of is to use Kerbal Alarm Clock and set Minmus as a target to use the alarm that tells you when you are under the target's orbital node - only works for the next instance though

My own method is to use KSPTOT, which has a utility in Mission Architect that lets you plug in Inclination and RAAN and will give you a list of launch times over a user-defined period of time

thanks , I will download both

Also, when you go modded, KER is very usefull for those thing.
Make a custom window in KER with target  selection tool and relative inclination, when the relative inclination reaches zero, it's time to lift of, that inclination is the one you want to be as small as possible.

I just line up the orbits in map view to do this sort of thing. Just center the view on Kerbin, zoom out past the orbit of Minmus, then line up the orbit of the Mun so it's flat, and line up the orbit of Minmus so the the lines overlap, then wait until the vessel at the KSC passes under the center point (you'll probably have to zoom in once the map is lined up). It can be tricky to get everything lined up right, since the map view controls are too coarse to get everything perfect, but it works well enough for me.

Like this:

It's not the most accurate method, but it's probably the simplest. It should work well enough for vessels, too, you just have to make sure the Mun's orbit is flat, since that represents 0o inclination and serves as a reference point.
