Game not loading

my game gets past the initial bootup but when the game gets from bootup to transfer to the start screen, it just stays there, loading

the music plays in the background but the screen just stays at the loading screen

I'm not sure if this is the log or not or even if the link works:

also it just started to reach here, before it would crash right after it finished loading

and the one time i got the game actually to load there was something with a kopernicus error

You're trying to run dozens of mods in the 32bit version of the game and multiple mods are outdated. At least Researchbodies and Waypoint Manager contain plugins that might be incompatible.
