what are the lift units for the wings on the ksp wiki?

So I was looking on the wiki and I found that the big wings (FAT-455 Aeroplane Main Wing) generated 7.8 units of lift. I don't know what unit this is, I need to know for a project.

This is "deflectionLiftCoeff" and should be equal to 27,41m^2.
