CKAN Issues

Whenever I try to launch CKAN, it says "Error in autoupdate: 
    The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel."

I am getting this too,

"Error in autoupdate: 
    The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.". 

 

It continues with CKAN. ModuleNotFoundKraken exception. I just started playing after a year and I feel like this has happened before 

 

Win10 64bit, i5 4690k, HD6950's, 8gb RAM

Thank you. So I followed your link, downloaded the new ckan.exe, run it. Now I can refresh ckan repositories again.

Sorry to be a dunce, how does one install this (without removing all the previously installed add-ons). I tried looking for ckan.exe in the downloadable zip file but to no avail.

Sorry, the link changed after my post (a "v" was added to the version number). It's now at:
