Rey has the jedi texts... the repeating thing in XIII was 'let the past die'... Vader is Tylo Ren's grandfather... the knights of Ren are similar to the characters of Rouge One

So... Snoke comes back to life, Kylo Ren and Hux fight, it is revealed the knights of Ren are from rouge one... and Rey uses the texts totravel back in time, to get Darth Vader to bring Ren back to the dark side.

Alternative proposal: in the final act of Episode IX, Rey goes back to 32 BBY, and massacres a large portion of Mos Eisly, including a certain Anakin Skywalker. She then goes on to preach a, shall we say, non-binary anti-Jedi religion that grants its adepts superpowers in direct defiance of midichlorian lore.

I would have no problem with Rey becoming a film-version of Kreia, but I’ll pass on the terminator-like temporal sand trap, thanks.

Considering her only stated weakness is naïveté and it hasn’t gotten her into an unsalvageably bad situation even once, that’s not bloody likely.
