What exactly does the NAM stand for?

Well in that case it should just be NOA as that would at least be less confusing.

The name of the mods is deliberately chosen, a change is not for discussion.

This sub-mod and all others from Contares is made for a nationless Kerbal world.

got a craft problem.

'nam dreamcrusher manned was not loaded because it had the following parts missing: rex.monop'

cx-37 wont load, missing rex.monopl

Jep, the rex.monop engine is in CSA Contares 'MEU'. With next release the craft file will be also updated.

ok, I've been all up and down the parts list, what motor(s) did you intend for use with the cx-37b?

The missing out of the craft file: REX Orbital Engine Monoprop.

Question, I couldn't find it anywere in the description of either this or the core.
Am I Required to have the Core mod for the parts to "Exist" in my game or is there any specific plugin/dll story for which I have to have the core.
I'm not really interested in anything other than the spaceplanes/capsules included here to be honest.

A Kerbals-optimized, X-24a inspired experimental lifting body. Very funny to make this potato with wings.

It's a parts mod, try it out but do not complain if something does not work.

CX-Series is not optimal controllable. The control surfaces are without function modeled and you can't add control surfaces there very good, it's suboptimal to use. Would be cool to see the control surfaces cut off and separated into 5 parts. wing control left & right, winglet left & right and main body. Or just cut them off to use stock alternative control surfaces from other mods/ stock.

Should be the same for all CX-models, Hermes...

Very good @hraban!  I said it before and I'll say again,  x-planes were an important part of the space race,  and your initiative to include them into KSP is very comendable. The X24, M2F3 and HL10 were important stepping stones, I am glad you are hommaging them with a model - and a very good looking one at that!

All one-piece model aircraft and space planes can be model-like through the atmosphere of the KSP simulation with the built-in means. KSP is technically very, very far from the simulation of a flight. Whether with or without control surfaces only makes a difference in the capabilities of the operator.
