These people all live in a bubble because they've been lied to for generations. There are only three kinds of people that live there: people who recycle, people who get recycled that don't know why they recycle, and people who just want to break the cycle by sleeping with the person they're supposed to recycle... Yeah, but that chick can recycle ME, if you know what I mean! They just don't make ninja-insurgent badS like that anymore! What a ride-- oh right the film.
