Well, really Soyuz would be the Senpai (older rocket family), and the Falcon would be the younger.

So... Soyuz senpai and Falcon 9 - chan? "Senpai" generally denotes seniority.

Hmm. After further though I am wondering how we distinguish the spacecraft girls from each other. For example do we class each module of the ISS as a individual spacecraft girl or is the ISS as a whole a single spacecraft girl? And how do rocket girls fit into this? Let's take Apollo 11, do we class the Apollo service module, lander and saturn V as separate spacecraft girls or do we group them into one being simply called Apollo 11? Damn this is really interesting.

Saturn V is the mother, Apollo CSM and LEM are the kids.

Not exactly an anime, but there's a series called planetary moe, which is about celestial bodies personified as anime girls

Or if you are a hardcore aircraft nerd, try to read flight highschool, which is about aircraft personified as anime girls, with the plot usually reference the capabilities, events or characteristic about aircrafts. It comes with warning on the cover: "BEWARE OF NICHE GENRE . These comics may contain content normal people are unable to understand. If you understood all of the comics, I recommend you speak with a mental health expert."

Try it if you want to test how nerdy you are about aircraft

Are they anywhere as good as the original Gauge 1 scaled Thomas the Tank Engine ?

Sounds childish, but trust me, they're as good as the supermarionation Thunderbirds. (later they also had Tugs.)

(hint : I love the physical modelling. Computer-animated stuff just looks really silly. The stories were also good, at least until they had waay too many series.)
