Fairings and I believe solar panels. 

It's basically trial and error. If your loading bar gets stopped. FInd that part, delete, restart game.

If you want a Block II/IB, use NFLV's parts.

It works fine. This Jupiter version 2 attempt is from 1.10

There are no craftfiles. But you can look into @Friznit BDB manual. There are some manual to build launchers with this mod.

launch escape system

APAS docking port

optional probe core clipped into capsule

chute cover

stock chute(s)

capsule

heat shield

pod decoupling avionics ring

service tank

OMS engine

adapter of your choice

 

you can find the parts needed by just searching in VAB for "Orion". Add RCS, solar panels, antennae, radiators, and whatever other greebles as needed.

You need to install the mod Community Resource Pack (CRP)

Its a hard dependency that you will need this mod to work, since instead of LFO the engines use LHO

There is no IVA as of now, and the developer of this mod is busy IRL so it might be a while.

The SSTU mod has a good IVA, so you might be able to pull one out of that and apply it to the reDIRECT Orion if you want to.

I believe there was a patch somewhere in this thread to move SSTU's Orion IVA into reDIRECT's.
