Maybe there's a conflict with some other mod? A have a couple of them:

Have you tried removing half the couple of them and seeing if the issue remains?  What about the other half?  That's a lot to troubleshoot.  If the issue continues try to halve them again, and again until you find out if there is a conflict.

Peace.

Yes, already in progress.

Deleting all the mods and running with Kerbalism only helped. So there's something not compatible with Kerbalism, or Kerbalism is not compatible with something.

That's really strange - no related errors in the log file.

I have the same issues some other users posted above even with this build: the Kerbalism windows don't show up (e.g. Data or Configure Pod, the list of vessels etc.), and zooming with the mouse wheel stops working after trying to open a Kerbalism window.

I had this problem. The reason was in Community Resource Pack. Seriously. CRP was overwritten. Try to reinstall it.

You could try adding them back one by one making sure that they are all the latest. Then you'll find the culprit(s)

For what reason if I may ask? And will it get a jenkins instance associated with it?

I got unflagged from github. And I already hooked it up to Jenkins. Consider the Gitlab deprecated.

@N70 Well, now I upgraded from build 1.5.1.108 to 1.5.1.119 and I got 5 MM errors about SSPX now (plus the obvious CC error):

Thought sspx had not been/still isn't supported? Was there supposed to be support for it in the latest build?

Could be, but this is an MM syntax error...

So basically it doesn't have anything to do with SSPX-compatiblity yes or no.

Quick bug report in 1.4.2 none of the info panels work in flight.

Please let me know if there is a better place to put this.

I love Kerbalism especially how it handles science and data transmission. Is there a way to switch off the part failure feature of this mod?

In the settings.cfg of kerbalism, try setting reliability = false.

1.5.1 is out now! https://spacedock.info/mod/1774/Kerbalism/download/1.5.1

Changelog:

  • SSPX support

  • Adds a version of the Water Electrolysis process that doesn't dump excess Oxygen

  • Added huge 3.5m containers

  • German/Russian Localization (thank you Riggers and player101!)

  • Probably some other stuff I forgot

Report any bugs you find!

then labs in Kerbin orbit are useless... returning the samples is much easier

A page late to the conversation, but my approach is using Kerbalism science to analyze samples remotely, plus MKS which gives a trickle of science just for having scientists in a "kolony" (which can be a station or ship), somewhat abstracting the near-infinite variety of small experiments a scientist can do in an orbital lab.

Has anyone attempted using the 1.4 stock art variant within a kerbalism setup configure - to change tanks colours etc if you are configuring to a new resource.

If so... does it work?

@N70 when something happens, like no more EC, the out-of-timewarp is too hard, that creates issues like borked orbits or bent nodes... so a more slightly and smooth slowdown is also needed here.

At least for the part before physics kick in.
