1.8.1 Limited missiles, tiny attacker aircraft + AA platform challenge; CFC S6

TIME FOR S5!

After some testing here are the rules, rule video coming out later today

- 1 plane and 1 boat v 1 plane and 1 boat. Objective is to kill the entire team, only then will you win.
- Aircraft must take off from the boats. 
- Minimum size of 1.3m x 1.3m x 1.9m for aircraft 
- Maximum size of 6m x 9m x 10m for aircraft
- First team without fuel or ammo loses
- 16 slots, 2 per person; No more, no less. Must give a name that I can call you by
- No updating your craft after they've passed inspection
- No DLC parts/craft, I consider this to not be stock (Obviously)
- Drones and cockpits allowed. This excludes the command seat.
Please note that I'd like to see probe cores in both to avoid any annoyances during setup. 
- RTG, FLIR Targeting Ball, Weapon Manager and AI are mandentory for the plane, TWS, RTG and Weapon Manager are for the boat, TWS is banned for the planes. Please note that the boat isn't allowed to have a surface AI
- Landed aircraft will be switched to the enemy team
- AP+ 26.1, BDAc 1.2.4, KSP 1.6.1 without DLC allowed.
- 2 AIM-9's, 2 AIM-120's, and Hellfire allowed for the aircraft. Hellfires must be set to a max distance of 4km
- Max of 150 parts total, for both the aircraft and boat
- AA defenses on boats allowed are 6 Vulcan turrets, please set them to engage air and missile only!
- Guns on aircraft allowed are 3 Vulcans or Vulcan Turrets , 4 M230's, 2 GAU-8's, 12 50cals or 6 50cal turrets. Please note that you can't mix guns, and all turrets on the list must be locked.
- Aircraft must be attached to the boat via decoupler
- No self built missiles
- No AI distraction devices.
- The boat is not allowed to have an AI.
- Max of 4 flare and 4 chaff boxes
- No ECM's, as per CFC tradition
- No armour or adjusting of armour settings on parts
- Boat is counted as destroyed once it cannot defend from air attacks
- Please do not impede my setup process, this can get you a fail.
I first spawn in vessels using VesselMover, apply the brakes and decouple the aircraft, 
then activate engines if not on the decouple stage. No SAS activation to enable STOL and VTOL systems

Hey Hojoz, I think you'll need to set up some sort of box subassembly or something in the SPH as a measuring tool, because some parts seem to have weird hitboxes that cause the entire craft to have a height measurement larger than in actually has.

 

Also I assume there's no Hellfire limit?

No Hellfire limit, I can get height measurements more accurate by putting the craft on the ground of the SPH as far as I know

Rules update:

Smokes and submarines have been considered OP and are now banned.

Former by community vote, latter by myself.

Not looking good for the competition so far, please get the word out and note that you're allowed to send in 2 entries, not just one.

I'm confident that we can make the competition happen despite this though.
