Black Space and Kerbin

Hello, I have recently installed the new EVE and SVE and everything is fine up until I switch vessels or use the tracking station. Then, everything apart from city lights, ships, or the sun goes black. What should I do? I have attached a picture for you. You can see on the left the end of the city lights, the ship in the middle and the sun on the right. 

I am running KSP 1.4.1

My mods are: EVE, SpaceX launchers, Firespitter, FMRS, KER, KerbalKonstructs,KOS, SpaceX landing pad, Procedural Fairings, Ship recovery, scatterer,  SpaceX towers, Making History and SVE with Module Manager 3.0.6.

It's a known issue due to scatterer. Blackrack is aware.
