Welcome to the development thread for Kerbalow Aerospace's inflatable / expandable modules parts pack!

With USI Life Support: Acts as a functioning habitat

Kerbalow Aerospace is 100% Dependent upon Textures Unlimited by @Shadowmage

 

Installation:

Extract the contents of the GameData folder to your GameData folder. Structure should then read GameData\Kerbalow
 
Optional KA-330 Compatibility and Life Support Configs Installation:
 
Copy the config files from the Optional Configs folder to GameData\Kerbalow

You are correct, it is not supposed to be pink.

Are you running on KSP 1.4.x with the latest version of Textures Unlimited installed? 

Also make sure to run Kerbal with a shortcut that has -force glcore at the end of it.

Hi! With the update of 1.4.x, KSP now has an ability to dynamically modify the crew capacity of a part through ModuleAnimateGeneric, which I see you are using on the KA330 and KEAM. Adding this to Kerbalow going forward will keep players from launching Kerbals in uninflated modules.

Here's the example, from the InflatableAirlock part from Making History expansion. The CrewCapacity in the .cfg is set to 0, but it accomplishes dynamic crew capacity through ModuleAnimateGeneric.CrewCapacity

You are free to do as you wish provided CC-BY is followed. FYI - Textures Unlimited is not updated to 1.10 and this is what has prevented an official update for this (not that re-texturing is going to be part of my planned update) but keep that in mind if you aim to release anything, it should wait until T.U. is 1.10 (if that will even happen? not sure) - But, in testing, the n-1 version of T.U. (1.9) worked for me without any problems for the blendshapes purposes.

I will update for 1.10 if Textures Unlimited gets updated but won't be doing anything new for it.

It's possible but I can't promise. The main reason is due to the reliance on Textures Unlimited. I don't exactly want to update it to have it require another mod that is not updated  =/

However - if you install Textures Unlimited and this pack, I think it will work. There may be some Textures Unlimited issues. Not 100% sure.
