Radiation Physics in Kerbalism

oh boy let's talk about RADIATION IN KERBALISM

so, I was thinking of adding a feature. where unshielded and lightly shielded electronics can malfunction or even experience a critical failure from rads. For reference, Jool's inner belt is 200 rad/h, and Saturn's rad/h in the RSS config is 150 rad/h.

What should be the failure chance, per hour, for a part, based on whether reliability is high/normal, rad/h, etc? I want this to be as realistic as possible. Assume said part is electronics.
