Is it possible to create new launch sites?

Yes it is as long you have the DLC installed. 

It's a call like psystemsetup.instance.addlaunchsite()

Setting up a launchsite requires some more work and a model Where you want to use it.

Kerbal konstructs will support this in the future, but currently I'm on vacation, so no instead of coding I'm swimming at the beach.:cool:
