Part Action Window not opening

Ok, I created a little science plane and wanted to use the mystery goo on board. So I pressed LS on my Xbox controller to go into cursor mode and pressed B to bring up the options for the container. But no options showed up. Went to the cockpit, pressed B after selecting. Nothing happened. So I can't use the action menu at all. Please help!

have had this a few times, typically you can click any button you wish on the appropriate part and the game ignores it.

seems generally to be fixed by going back to KSC and back (which you cannot do in a plane in flight of course), sometimes going to the map and back can sort it

UPDATE: I quick saved and reloaded, seemed to be fixed. Mods, you can close this thread now.

Thats hard a "fix", more of a work around to a bug in the games controls
