there are a couple of parts packs for Infernal Robotics that you could use to build Dextre.

Can you pls show me & are they small I need small parts & how do the servos work & arm joints are there good documentary's explaining this?

mostly they're designed for full sized canadarm style rigs, but there are some smallish parts.
