What Happemed to the sub pack

So i was just wondering anyone know waht happened to the sub pack someone reviews it in this video

      or atleast know where i can get an old version and possibly update it etc etv

Well I hear there is some submarine mods in development which is why I made these

So they have completly got rid of this

It isn't the same but @RoverDude's Exploration pack includes his Otter Submarine parts.
