Range Indicators Missing

In my 1.4.1 Making History modded install, for some reason the little brackets that tell you the distance to nearby vessels are not showing up.  This makes docking very difficult and I cannot track flags or other vessels at all unless I can physically see them.  I am going to write a list of all the mods I have installed in case one of those is obviously the issue.  If you need more information from my files please just ask and give instruction on how I can get it to you, as I have never posted files or images on the forums before.
