Mechjeb problem.

I have done hundreds, of dockings with Mechjeb with little to know problems except the won't connect problem which is fixed by turning of Auto dock just before it touches, but now, after the latest update to 1.4.3, Mechjeb wants to dock at a 90 degree angle to the second docking port. I have reversed which craft was doing the docking with the same result. Anybody else run into this problem?

Yes! Exactly my problem! I feel it has something to do with 1.4.x. At least I'm pretty sure. It forced me to learn how to dock though... so, good?

I learned how to dock before I had discovered Mechjeb, Was really glad when it came along, Guess it's back to the manual docking till they get it fixed!

It was fine with 1.4.2, though with heavy crafts turning off auto pilot was necessary for docking. Haven't tried docking in 1.4.3, so i don't think its 1.4.x

P.S. do you use mechjeb or mechjeb 2

Check your control points, reset mechjeb to the factory default settings and try a clean install of mechjeb and MM.

If all else fails, sacrifice 2 kerbals to the mohole.
