Where do I put 1.4.2 created Mission in 1.4.3?

I have copied and pasted a Mission I created in 1.4.2 into every file I can find in 1.4.3 called Missions and it is not showing up in game? I thought the learning curve of 0.16 KSP was steep, this Mission Builder has overhangs everywhere it seems.

You copy the mission folder from <installpath>\Kerbal Space Program\Missions folder into the same folder.
If the mission is not appearing raise a bug report on the bug tracker and attach your missions folder for the mission in question.
