[Making History] Add custom science reports for narrative based missions.

Just as the name of the topic suggest. I've been playing @Disparia Books' Jeb's Life missions, at one point it suggests to take an EVA report near a crashed vessel, but the generic text it had was out of place. I propose to add an ability to write custom science report texts for events when certain experiments are triggered in a radius of a predefined point on a planet and orbital situation in space. It's gonna make missions much more interesting and developed.

That sounds like it would make making missions more fun, and the end result more immersive

This fits right into the player generated content that was the aim of MH. Whether this is easy to do or not, it would ideally be on the shortlisted items to add into an upcoming patch.
