can't get any parts to place

I use ksp 1.4.3 i can't place any parts (after i shift right click and i move my cursor way) whatever any part i click surface attachment or not i don't get it the windows shows clicked but no any part got or any sound produced exiting vab or start and revert a flight won't fix it only restarting the game can fix it reproduce:1.place a random staff in van 2.hold shift and move your cursor way 3.try pick up any part from menu

You got like a million "FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'ClickThroughBlocker" entries in your log, so I guess you are missing ClickThroughBlocker as a dependency for one of your mods:

edit: You haven't listed it but I can find "janitors Closet" in your log file, which requires ClickThroughBlocker.
