I dont mean things called moire lights, I mean the kind of light to which that name sometimes refers. So I guess the question is now "Why arent there more inogon lights?"

Too difficult, generally. I think some people in the comment section (oh yeah !) of that video pointed out that a much easier way is to use two light of different distances, of different height and different color. If you don't come from the "straight in" angle they won't line up properly.
