Which KSP version for these mods?

SCIFI enviromental visual enhancements + scatterer + BDarmory+kerbal konstructs+kerbinside+KIS+KAS

 

i think scatterer is whats causing my issues but im not sure.  i tried using CKAN but its not getting everything right.  can someone help me determine which version has a functional iteration of these mods?

Use the tips I gave in this thread:

To find all the versions of the mods for the version of KSP you are using. 

If you are bent on using a particular mod, and it won't work with the current version of KSP, consider changing KSP versions till you find one that works across all mods.
